Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using the product, you accept these terms of service. If you disagree, you must not use the platform.

2. Use of the service

The service is intended to generate advertising content from your own brand kit. You are responsible for having the necessary rights over the brands, logos, and images you use as reference.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in euros (EUR). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No further charges are made after cancellation. Credits included in a paid plan are renewed at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.

4. No-refund policy and waiver of withdrawal right

Nographic is a digital service that becomes available immediately upon payment. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent provisions of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 — TRLGDCU), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the digital service has begun with the consumer's express consent.

By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge that:

• Delivery of the digital service starts immediately after payment.
• You waive your right of withdrawal as of the moment access to the service is granted.
• No refund will be issued for the current or any past billing period once payment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain full access and all credits included in that period until it expires. This policy applies to subscription plans and one-time credit packs alike.

5. Ownership of generated content

The images you generate with your account belong to you. We claim no ownership rights over content created from your prompts and your brand kit.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content is suitable for all uses; we recommend reviewing each result before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by email or within the product. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable EU law.
